Our Supplier Platform - Onventis

Transparent and efficient processes are saving resources on both ends. Hence, we use the platform Onventis to collaborate with our suppliers closely.

Supplier Questionnaire

The platform includes a standardized supplier questionnaire, which is used for master data maintenance. Regular queries ensure that the information available to us is always up-to-date.

Document management

Onventis serves as a document management system during our collaboration. This ensures mutual transparency of exchanged documents and certificates at all times. In addition, it offers our suppliers the opportunity to map certifications or other documented process standards in order to gain an advantage. 

Supplier evaluation

We constantly measure the performance of our suppliers and provide regular feedback. We will provide feedback on a regular basis and in a standardised form, which will enable you to see how we perceive you as a supplier and in which areas you can improve.

We process our tenders via Onventis and enable our registered suppliers to participate. Hence, potential new suppliers have to register on Onventis in order to participate.  

As soon as a tender has been started, the participants will be notified by e-mail. This e-mail contains a link to our supplier portal Onventis, via which the participants can submit an offer directly. There is also a guide to submitting bids. Should your bid be of interest to our buyer after the tender result has been determined, he will get in touch with you. 

In coordination with us, you as a supplier may provide us with your e-catalogues on our  Onventis platform or connect your webshop via OCI interface. In addition, we are increasingly working with automated order processing workflows via Onventis. This allows both parties to benefit from a transparent, accelerated and reliable flow of information.
