Joining forces against Corona

VACUUMSCHMELZE (VAC) is supplying the Swiss based Maxon Group with its PERMENORM 5000 V5 for Maxon’s Brushless EC 22 DC motor. These motors are used in respiration therapy devices, which are urgently required for COVID-19-patients around the globe.

VAC was able to more than triple its output for this very specific product in a matter of days. Deliveries initially planned for the end of October are being delivered starting in June. VAC’s global supply chain and product management teams made this happen through their tremendous levels of personal commitment.
